The Snetterton race circuit was originally part of the farm and during the war it was used by American servicemen of the 96th Bombardment Group. If during your stay you visit the Quidenham Church you will see there is a window dedicated to the servicemen. Originally along with this farm, the church was part of the much larger Quidenham Estate. The estate seat being Albemarle, and the last family that held the title being the Keppel's.
